        Have been phoning for days, but kept being told to ring back. Tried driving in several times, but no disabled parking. Well went in today just after 2pm (must remember that time) disabled parking by the door and no one waiting. Had a lot I needed help with and was given great service. They will call me back which will probably be Monday now. Can't complain about them being helpful today. Thank you WINZ

        Dear firstly would like to thank the Kawakawa office (kiaora koe Pare)tau ake awhinatanga mai is hau secondly to the Whangarei office Walton street? the young woman and the very nice older lady whom helped me thru sorting out some payment mishaps of the past two weeks thank you. However we will ask that you insure that the paper work is double-check due to personal stree due to misinformation from Whangarei WINZ in the CBD OFFICE
