I am taking the time to submit this review having recently spent three weeks with my 95yr old mother, who is a resident at the Lester Heights Residential Care Facility. The services that Lester Heights Residential Care provide is excellent on all levels, compared to a previous experience we had at another facility earlier this year. The selection of meals and choices that are offered, and at times specially made for my mother, was beyond our expectations. The nurses, carers and management staff are without a doubt very sweet, hardworking personnel who cheerfully conduct themselves in a kind and caring professional manner and with unfailing patience!! Because I live abroad, I was able to spend every moment of all my days and evenings with my mother. In that time, I was able to observe the operational structure of this facility throughout my entire visit. I commend the Owner Mr Reddy and all his staff for their success in establishing a safe and secure establishment, that is spotlessly clean and inviting for any future residents looking for a "home away from home" either on a short or long term basis. This place has a "family feeling" where I noticed some residents assisting others during meal times, which was sweet and enduring from my perspective. And of course there were some "family spats" as well which were hilarious. To Mr Reddy and his staff, thank you for making my mother's stay as comfortably possible for her during her remaining days and months ahead. Keep up the good work!
