        I am so disappointed at your unprofessional manner. After reading excellent reviews, I didnt even check other company. I called on Friday morning(21/10)to be scheduled to seeing someone today(27/10) A lady from service centre booked us in and informed me that someone will contact us to confirm on time. After long weekend, I thought I should give them more time so I waited for their call patiently until due date. No one calls back. A same lady from service department answered my call telling me to wait again because they are too busy. My suggestion: inform the customers first, not to waste their precious time.
