        I requested airfares from Whangarei to Brisbane, the woman told me Air New Zealand didn't have what I wanted, I gave my travel dates and she never called back.Always had Cam book my flights years ago, he was excellent. Finally booked my flights myself on the Air New Zealand app...easy peasy.
