Purchased a two sofas in 2021 and had a great fast experience dealing with the team in Whangrei. However, since then two cushions zips pulled apart. Took the cushions back and waited SEVEN weeks for them to return with the cushions. Tried to reach out to H.O for help and no response only 'someone will contact you', never happened, only a confirmation when the cushions were on the way into store. Since the return of the two cushions another cushions zip has pulled apart but now they won't cover the cushion blaming the manufacturer. Pretty disappointed in the LACK of customer service and won't be purchasing from there ever again.
