Carie has been our mortgage broker for 4 years since we moved to Whangarei. She first helped us buy our own home, then an investment property and also helped us secure funds for a major renovation. She has been great to work with. Not only does she know the ins and outs of banks and finance and mortgages etc etc,... She also does the small things like answer the phone, reply promptly to emails and follows up important emails with a phone call...all these things are quite rare in New Zealand I reckon. She also isn't afraid to hassle the banks if they are being too slow When we are in a position to borrow again, we will not hesitate to give Carie a call.

Carrie Townley genuinely cared about my personal situation and was more then happy to explain things further when needed. She has been amazing throughout the whole process and I would happily recommend her to anyone.

We applied for refinance and realized we were out of our depth! We were told about Carie and the Team at LMW. From the first time we spoke on the phone we felt confident and in safe hands.
