What a wonderfully passionate team of women. When i walked in the store, the postive atmosphere was palpable. I was greeted with eye contact and a warm "hello!" as i entered. The service felt genuine, not forced. Great consumer experience

The ladies were polite, but I can't say I got the best feeling overall. They had to cancel my first appointment due to their system being down. It wasn't a huge amount of notice, but I said that was fine, these things happen. They didn't call me back when they said they would, which I also didn't mind so much, and when they did call, it was to offer me an 8am slot, or nothing. I explained I was living out of town, but they didn't have any flexibility with giving me a later time. Come my appointment day, I hit not only rush hour traffic but an accident somewhere too, so I was about 6 mins late. I apologised, upon arriving, and they smiled and said to take a seat. Then the lady came over and said they wouldn't be able to do the whole eye check that I wanted, because now they only had 20 mins. I can understand time schedules, but I feel that I was accommodating with their inconveniencing me, yet they didn't show that same level of graciousness back. I didn't have my appointment in the end, as what's the use of getting half a check done? Luckily, I had other errands to do in town or the whole thing would have been a complete waste of time and petrol. I will go to Specsavers instead!

Very friendly and helpful, recommend OPSM. I was looking for a new optometrist since moving up north. And I am happy with my experience.
