Sharon & Jason, have the perfect facilities to have our two pooches who always enjoy their stay and are well looked after. Very reasonable rates, clean and well maintained. What more could you want, to know your furry family members are being well taken care of so you can enjoy your holiday. I have recently adopted a puppy, who is quite timid. Jason and Sharon went out of their way to help my pup settle in to daycare at Pet Minders, spending two hours gradually helping her to adjust at her own pace before her first day, and ensuring she was not frightened by the barking of large dogs. Jason and Sharon are always friendly and accommodating, and have created a clean, engaging, and enjoyable environment for the dogs in their care. Their rates are very reasonable and they are flexible about when you can drop off and pick up your dog. I would recommend Pet Minders to anyone looking for dog boarding or daycare in Whangarei.

I feel confident taking my border collie pup to Pet Minders, as the place is really clean and well looked after, both Sharon and Jason are lovely and take good care of the dogs. My dog also comes home fulfilled and happy (not grouchy and overtired like he was at previous places). There is heaps of space for the dogs to play and rest. They also limit the amount of dogs they have a day so it's not over crowded. They also have a Certificate in Dog Psychology and Training!

Our dog absolutely loved it here. My first impression of the place was great, it was very clean and it was obvious a lot of care goes into looking after the dogs. The playground for the little dogs looked so cute and there was lots of bits and bobs for the bigger dogs to play with too. Will definitely be bringing our boy back here again if we are ever up north again.
