        Ive used them before and gotten great service I do understand small businesses are short handed, and jobs get delayed. But what really annoys me is that they have ghosted me for four months. After they agreed to do the job all of my phone calls and emails have gone unanswered. Never bothered to reply. Not once. Ive cancelled the job and wont use them again. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

      • Wave Forming

        Told me they would do a size visit, took them almost 6 weeks to get there and then was told the job was too difficult and they wouldnt bother. They also said they would organise a CCTV inspection of my pipes and they didnt bother. Only found out they hadn't bothered after ringing them to follow up several times. Not good for their word, unreliable.
