Hassle free, professional & friendly. After a rough experience selling my own house Karl was a breath of fresh air in the real estate market. Friendly and professional, answered all my questions and didn't give off the vibe of a pushy salesman, while getting the job done. We recently purchased a new home marketed by Karl. We have been very impressed by his professionalism throughout the process. Any questions we had were answered honestly, if he didn't know the answer, he went away and found out and came back to us very promptly. At the auction, he organised support for us to make the whole process very smooth. We can certainly recommend him.

Great result & support. In such a challenging housing market at the moment, Karl did an excellent job of of selling my home. Not only did he manage to negotiate a great price given the current economic conditions but he also achieved this after only two weeks on the market with other similar properties in the area still remaining unsold after 3 months. Karl kept in communication with me every step of the way which being a first time vendor made the process very easy and stressfree, including initial support and advice to prepare the property for sale. I appreciated his honesty and knowledge around the current market which kept expectations real. Karl even went over and above with managing the sale of my fridge as I had already relocated overseas! I would happily use Karl's services again whether buying or selling a property.

Karl makes buying a house so easy... I went to an open home on a Sunday and five days later I had myself a new home. Karl knew what his vendor needed and worked with me to come up with an acceptable offer. He was open about what the vendor would accept so there was no time wasted with unrealistic offers. It was clear Karl was working for his vendor but at the same time he kept me informed and let me know how I was progressing towards a successful auction result. Karl was proactive, professional and personable in all his dealings with me. He explained the pre-auction offer process to me in detail and I had no concerns whatsoever. Karl was also very informative and went out of his way to give me information that will help me with an unrelated property I own. He has good knowledge of the market and I hope he is still selling real estate in the area when I sell in the future. Karl gets five stars and a big thumbs up from me.
