        You rely on a property manager to look after your property and unfortunately I was let down by northland real estate. A lot of issues during the management but after parting ways my new manager helped get the property up to scratch ($15k worth of maintenance) and advised I was renting it out for $150/week less than what I could. So, these guys did everything wrong. Poor

        If only no stars were possible. I had a tenancy agreement with these people. Though because it was within the two weeks before finalization, I was unable to move in due to medical issues. The agent didn't care and took me to the Tenancy Tribunal regardless. The agent even tried to charge me a letting fee when that has been illegal for a few years now. Horrible company and I will be taking them to court for review.

        Illusive and poor communications, then after much effort, and ready to make a cash offer suddenly the very same day the house was sold to another cash buyer, we received a call to say sorry but its had been sold.
