Amber Wallace Catering

My first experience of Ambers cooking was the sight and the smell. Using fresh produce, and lots of color it was easy to see she was not going to be making a boring meal. The experience was making my mouth water. Sadly I had failed to mention I am one of the people who experiences coriander as a soap flavor, so the first experience was less ideal than I would prefer (My fault). I waited and tried again. My second experience was an absolute delight! Again, a beautiful presentation, and this time the flavors of the dish managed to fully express themselves. Amber is an amazing chef, and I hope her skill in the kitchen will be a game changer for the food culture in Whangarei. 10/10 I look forward to my next experience.

I approached Amber from seeing a Facebook Advert asking if she catered for weddings. She did. We started chatting and sent me a quote for what I wanted and it was beyond reasonable. Way cheaper than anyone else I had quotes from. She was accommodating (we provided the meat and potatoes) and she provided everything else. The food was absolutely divine. She did an amazing job given there was no cooking facilities at our reception. The found was delicious and everyone loved it. I 100% recommend Amber.

Amber cooks the most delicious meals. My partner and I get 3 vegetarian meals delivered per week and it's always super fresh and tasty. Her food is magic!
