        I would do 1 star if I could. Did an online order around 10.30am, pick up was at 11.05. I get there at 11.05 and see it's not done. I wait at the front where I usually do to pick up my order. I was ignored by 2 people. After 5 mins of waiting, I joined the line where I waited a further 15 minutes, I was already late getting back to work so asked for a refund, was then told to wait for manager, was then told online orders cannot be refunded. I didn't have time to wait so now I have to make up time I missed at work, I'm starving and money has been stolen from me from subway. Almost an hour later I get back to work empty handed. Terrible !!!!!
