        Not helpful. One minute it's Council then it's goodness know. Anyone with ESP i don't come from Whangarei but they feel all NZ should know about their small city carryon process. I asked Invercargill and hey some Aucklanders, sorry the answer was WHAT and Why should we know and HOW would anyone know outside of Whangarei. YEAH, ... unfortunately not Smarter but Harder. Top winner in NZ for not being above the average but hey keep trying... lovely people on the shallow side and hypocrite when one rule for one person and apply the law of you look like you have money. Wish i could post the video here of how not to be smart ..
