Got them in to tile a small bathroom. I better wanna hope the tiling job is good. Communication and time management on the other hand very very poor! Didn't come the days they said, didn't finish jobs in the time they said, can't get hold of them. To start with they said they'll come on day X and it will take 3 days. Forget about it. It took almost 3 weeks extra and several visits and phone calls to get all done. Made it very hard to arrange for following jobs like plumber. When they said they're done we discovered gaps between the tiles that were not filled with grout. So yet another phone call to get them back to finish their job. Also left lunch leftovers behind (rubbish bin is just around the corner), chucked rubbish in garden beds and tipped out waste water from mixing concrete in garden bed but have actual drain right where all their tools were. What worked brilliant was to let the Indian tenant know they're here, so she cooks them chai tea before they've actually started the job. No thanks, never again and can't recommend to anyone!
