        I purchased a good quality carpet cleaner from Godfreys..and was gutted when a part on it failed -with just a month of warranty left. I had heard that the company that made the cleaner was not good at their repair back up but went back to Godfreys in Whangarei . The profession support I received from Ajani who was working there was outstanding. Despite initial frustrations in trying to get the machine fixed, Ajani helped and guided me through a process that delivered the very best out possible outcomes, and 100% satisfaction. Thank you Ajani. Thank you Whangarei Godfreys!
