        The lady at the front desk clearly hates her job, and people because she was the rudest person to ever be at an establishment like this. So very unprofessional it's unacceptable. How does it sound to have your beloved pet not eat for 17 hours and not drink for 6+ hours, you come back at the time they told you to come back to pick up your furbaby and they haven't even performed the surgery and the lady at the desk acts like you heard her wrong or something? Doesn't sound good? Then absolutely do not take your pets here. Despicable establishment.
