We called when our pump had broken, and somebody was with us - with a back up should they not succeed in fixing the issue - within the hour!
Every interaction I had with the reception staff was exemplary.
I could not recommend this company highly enough. Dont bother looking anywhere else - Think Water will go the extra mile to help you out when you need it. 5 stars well deserved!
