FORENO.

When we renovated our home 6 years ago we decided to spend extra on our kitchen mixer. We went to Bunnings and purchased a Foreno product which I would say was on the high end ($200+ compared to the other $50 items available), we did this because we liked the design and also the product mentioned a 10 year warranty. Recently when the tap started leaking we called up the Foreno service desk and firstly was told the item was out of the warranty date as it was only 5 years. I had to kindly remind the lady on the phone that I was looking at the warranty statement on the website and it said 10 years. After that was told to send a request form through the website which I did and received an email after that. I responded to the email but then never heard a reply again. In the end, went back to Bunnings and the kind staff there gave me a refund and I purchase a new (non-Foreno) product. Thank you Bunnings for their top service but I cannot say the same to Foreno. I would not purchase from them again nor recommend it to family and friends. In the end, you pay top price for a nice looking mixer but a long (non-existent) warranty.

We have just had an issue with our Foreno kitchen tap after 6 years. Knowing it had a 10 year warranty I contacted Foreno online - and received an immediate response that a replacement part could be sent, under warranty. Thanks to Andrew, Customer Service our part was couriered from Whangarei to the top of the South Island in record time. Fantastic work at this time of year and despite a staff shortage! Many thanks for such a hassle free and customer oriented response.

I personally wouldn't recommend to anyone. Less than 12 months and paint flaked off. Blame cleaning products but they definately are not as durable as chrome. Considering I am the only one using the tap it didn't need to be cleaned that much. what you pay for black tapware one would expect they would compare durability with chrome. Not so with these products. They will not last.... Would not recommend at all.

We had an issue with our kitchen tap after about 18 months. My heart sank assuming it was some Chinese manufacturer and warranty would be worthless. I couldn't have been more wrong, it had a 10 year warranty and Foreno is based in Whangarei. Less than 20 minutes after filling out the online service form I had a phone call from Forena. Short story shorter, they had a replacement on the courier same day. This is the first time I've been moved to write a Google review because these guys deserve a plug. Oh yeah, and the tap is awesome!

Has a display area on site for their general range of faucet products. Does not sell direct to public generally..... which is very odd if there's no way for the public to get parts quickly... (which was my issue as my kitchen sink was out of action during birthday celebration with 40 guests!!!). They do stock replacement parts compatible with older faucets and fittings. Plumbing parts are notoriously hard to identify between manufacturers, as fixtures and parts are generally not 'brand stamped'. Industry and suppliers need to get their act together and address this..... (why do you have to buy a full faucet set, when parts are available if you know where to source them....????
