        We came to Sadie wanting a traditional French croquembouche as our wedding cake and she did not disappoint! Croquembouches are one of the hardest "cakes/desserts" to create in both flavor and build, and ours was absolute perfection. When first meeting Sadie, we were in need of a 250ball croque but due to COVID, had to decrease to about 130ball. Sadie was still able to make it look absolutely gorgeous and the taste was so on point to a traditional French one! Thank you so much Sadie!
