Oddly and probably the only official place to get Canada Goose in NZ with somewhat reasonable prices, shipping is fast enough, but then you spend several ks, free shipping should be implied.

Read the fine print, they say no exchange when purchasing at the store but receipts states in addition to your "Statutory Right" should you change your mind, they will exchange or provide a store credit within 7days provided no tags are removed. I bought a bomber jacket and was told it was a Size Small, I trusted them but it felt snug, my first Canada Goose so what do I know ! After I took it back to the hotel it was a size XS which annoyed me because I was told no returns. Spent $4k here and $200 voucher..

Purchased a Canada Goose Black Label jacket online and it arrived in a colour not even advertised as an option on the website page. Why advertise a $1000.00AUD jkt in a colour that is not even an option to choose? Queried this with Te Huia store and NO response. I wasn't surprised as this has happened before. Woeful online service - Buyer Beware!
