A very disappointing experience. My wife bought a Vase there last week. When she got home she realised that it leaks significantly. She called the store the next morning for a refund, and was told that was extremely unlikely. The owner hasnt responded to that call or an email follow up.

The lady is the shop very unwelcoming.Not even a simple hello.With prices they were charging you would think there would be outstanding hospitality.

Dealing with this store was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. No appro was available on my item over $1000 because the owner was not flexible on a 24 hour turnaround (which is very difficult when you live 2 hours away). When I inquired about the possibility of a discount I was told it is shop policy that there is no discount unless the purchase is over $3000 and it is paid for in cash. 'Cash' means cash (no credit card, no bank transfer). Who has $3000 cash on them?? As appro was not available and there was no come back if the item was not right for the home the manager relented with an offer of a store credit , which is a lot of money to have to spend in a store if you don't particularly want to purchase anything else there. The cost to deliver the purchase was quoted as 'it shouldn't be as much as $70'. Knowing I could arrange it myself for as little as $10 I suggested I organize my own delivery. I would avoid doing business again with this store.
