        We dealt with Josh Graham at Roost Mortgages and it was one of the best decisions that we have ever taken. Josh helped us for our first mortgage got us the best deal and we ended up getting the second one as well through him. Not only he gave us the advise suitable for our situation but he also stopped us from making a wrong decision. He is an expert in his field and would again go back to him for next mortgage advise :)

        Josh I cant speak highly enough about Josh and the team at Roost. I have used them twice and will continue to do so. They run a very slick operation with exceptional communication and support. They provided me 2 years of assistance with multiple potential properties, with all sorts of scenarios including bare land / mixed use / purchasing with a friend, usually under tight time frames and with me having very little idea of what to do. Josh has a great attitude and is easy to deal with. I actually think this is the best service I Ive ever had from any company which is amazing considering they are paid by the bank. Absolute Legends !!
