        From before we came to nz 10 years ago Westpac were always very helpful. Balclutha are no exception. Absolutely top class service from these folks.

        It would be great if you could work out a quicker way to get through to the branch or an individual other than trolling through all the options then listen to piped music and lots of different options for online banking etc. Surely there must be an easier way to do this? Or is this just a way to get people to give up trying to have a conversation. Once through everyone is pleasant and helpful.

        Always been very usefull and helpfull to us. I have recently had a couple of dodgy credit card charges. One was a scam that Wespac helped get my money back and the other where I was reading on a new brokers account; my balance didn't equate to the charge on the card ....but I forgot to take into account the agreed currency exchange rate ..ha ha Sorry about that Stephen;) In Balclutha they have a "top-shelf" ATM machine just off the street in a foyer behind auto entry glass doors ...Out of the weather. No spotters commision required ;)
