        This is definitely a great thing to do even if your not joined up to parkrun. A lovely scenic walk topped off with meeting a few of the fabulous locals and coffee at the local Cafe.

        Now up to my 20th NZ park run and find the smaller park runs to be the most friendly. Balclutha is no exception. Great people. Very family friendly event and lots of people walking as well. So good for everyone. The course follows the river bank with views out over the river. Except when it is foggy which creates a sense of wonder as the bridge slowly appears out of the mist as you approach. Great fresh cafe food afterwards.
