Paid and ordered windows in July with a 2 month waiting list. Builders started 30th November and still waiting for all my windows. Very bad communication as I had to do all the chaisingup.

Phoned in January to get some windows fixed, they came out quickly to look at the job. However I then never heard from them. I phoned again in Feburary, & was told they were just doing the quote, I informed them insurance company didn't need a quote. Lockdown happened so I didn't chase them up until May, they then kept forgetting about my job. Just got a phone call now (end of June) asking if I still wanted the job done as they had misfiled my job sheet. I have had to chase them up the whole way through. I have had previous similar experiences too
