        Very pleasant experience using Ace at Dunedin. Picked up from Airport at Dunedin and dropped off at Queenstown. Staff at both ends were very friendly and helpful. Super easy process. Car was great. Modern, clean, no issues. Free shuttle bus back to the airport after drop off. Would recommend and use again!

        Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a bit of hiccup on my side in returning my car, but the staff walked extra miles to help solve the problem. Thank you so much!

        Really great customer service. The high winds took out the power to the petrol station so I returned it unfilled, then the wife left her phone in the car. We only noticed once we were at the gate. The young lady ran to the car and got the phone through customs to us and didn't charge us the service fee to fill up as it wasn't our fault. Thanks so much. The car was also nice and easy airport parking
