        Wonderful service, the staff went the extra mile to get the correct vacuum cleaner bags for our Tellus.

        Went there for an elderly dishwasher drawer which, after searching out the back of the shop the assistant then pulled out catelogues to no avail. We got a phonecall a few days later to say she had hunted down the drawer. We picked it up but found its for a newer model and doesn't fit. We got the drawer which didn't fit so we took it back and they took it. However, while in the shop we spotted another slimline on sale. We bought it because we figured if the drawer had gone rusty what was happening elsewhere in the machine.
