        The cheerful, helpful service we recieved from Dave at Altitude Bikes Alexandra was the best we have ever had from any bike hire and shuttle company.

        We organised a trip from Napier to ride the Roxburgh Gorge. Sue was very easy to deal with, great service and lovely bikes. It was very easy. Totally recommend Altitude Bikes.

        Many thanks to Dave at Altitude Bikes for setting us up for an incredible day on the Otago Rail Trail. We rented two bikes that were perfect for the ride (non-electric) and he dropped us off at the Auripo Station for the 48km ride back. Sue was responsive and courteous with her communications and the day was one of the highlights of our trip to NZ. Well worth the cost. Highly recommended.
