        We were riding the Rail Trail and my daughters gears were playing up and needed a new cable, so I took the bike in late on a Friday afternoon and they were able to fix for me so we could keep going. I was very grateful for the good service (and sorry if you finished later). It was much appreciated.

        Great service - bled my brakes that were needing help so my husband and I could go on a ride together immediately. Then ended up buying a new bike instead. Really liked the help and patience they had as I tried it out. Super happy with my purchase - first ride on the new TREK was fantastic
