        Absolutely useless in the time it has taken this firm to sort new titles still waiting (almost a year) no updates whatsoever the land agent retired there has been a marriage break up on one of the lots and the land owner sadly passed away and still we have not received the tiltes we have literally put in more work finding info and talking with the council than this firm has and sadly I bet the bill is large for the current owner stay away from this firm go somewhere else I literally would ask my cat for advice and get the cat to fill the paperwork out before asking for their help
