Nice spot for a walk through the long grass to to beach (the beach is a lovely white sand kind of beach so it's worth the effort), the track is a bit overgrown but still quite navigable, suggest good shoes or hiking/tramping boots, not jandals. There's all sorts of wildlife in the vacinity so it's well worth while taking a camera to see what you can capture if you're that way inclined. The carpark is a bit tight with room for only two or three cars at a time and it's bloody tricky getting back onto the road so you definitely need to turn around in the carpark and drive out front ways. Above all else, try to remember this fact if you are a pedestrian. WATCH OUT FOR CARS... people are soft and squishy but cars are hard; cars always win.
