I was reluctant to go at first, however since being I feel I have found one of life guides. Sheila is a wise lady who gives you the ability to see life through untouched eyes teaching you to peel yourself back and encourage you to find inner happiness. Her wisdom and kindness gives a life changing approach which I am very thankful for. I cannot recommend enough and to date I have recommended to 5 others who all feel she has added huge value to their lives. Thank you
