        Highly recommend visiting Clyde, its beautiful, quaint and peaceful. Visit here twice a year for work. Every time ive had to stop and just take in the beauty.

        Stopped at the lookout on the way to Queenstown from Christchurch. The lookout is nice and enough car spaces and so you can stretch your legs. Looks small but heard its the 3rd largest in New Zealand. Didn't had the chance to go down to the dam itself and I am not sure even if its allowed in the first place but the look out seems excellent. The highway seems looping around the dam and after some distance could see people in powerboats and jet skies.
