Cromwell Collision Repairs Ltd

Wed never had dealings with Cromwell Collision repairs until a minor accident warranted an insurance claim and we were directed to them by our insurance company, for repairs to our car. From the moment we contacted them to arrange inspection, through the repair process and even the loan of a courtesy car, we couldnt have asked for more. The whole team were fantastic. Even when we collected the repaired vehicle and my wife asked about what appeared to be a dull patch in the area of the repair and spots of tree sap on the bonnet (not connected with the repair) one of the team from the workshop popped out, buffed up the dull patch and removed the tree sap in an instant. Great service and excellent repair always kept me up to date with progress and parts ordered and expected time to arrive supplied courtesy car.Would highly recommend Johno and his staffs work and finished job very high standard.They also fitted monsoon shields I had purchased at no charge for fitting for the time it took to obtain parts thru no fault of theirs as the ...rear door arrived damaged and had to be reordered.Would definitely use this firm again.
