        Hi thanks for that totally passive aggressive response to a genuine review but I anticipated that going by you replies to other negative comments, I guess that's how you do business, I wasn't aware that good customer service was "special treatment" So don't try and put this back on me. As far as staff shortages go a lot of businesses are experiencing the same thing but can still be friendly to potential customers. Mabey your attitude is the reason for not enough staff! A DPF burn on my van is less labor intensive than to write passive aggressive comments to distract from the actual issue, Went into enquire about a DPF burn on my hiace, the response was "not anytime soon" I had to ask when they could do it "maybe late march" was all I could get out of the receptionist, I been in this town for 16 years and this is the most hideous costumer service I have encountered, will take custom elsewhere.

        Went in to get my air con gassed. Great service and very helpful. They also pointed out a major manufacturing defect which had been missed at every service over the last 2 years which would have caused major damage. Definitely recommend.
