Our van motor blew up in Cromwell. These clowns sent me a quote for a new motor, then asked if they could remove the dead one. I agreed to this, paid them, then later discovered the firm they arranged a new motor from couldn't provide it. Eventually I gave up on them, arranging to ship my van to a mechanic in Dunedin. When it arrived, it came without not only the motor, but anything of value including the gear box, turbo, drive shaft, alternator etc. They claim they lost these parts worth thousands of dollars and have left me a useless van that still won't go even with my new motor I found myself. They're a bunch of dishonest thieves.

CMS went out of their way on a Friday afternoon and Saturday morning to get us back on the road. Extremely friendly team and highly efficient.

Was the new year break and their business wasn't even back open yet but lance received my message explaining our issue with the bus and being pressed for time catching the ferry. He got right back to me, booked me in and sorted the bus issues for a very reasonable fee. Really great staff who know what they're doing and made us feel comfortable. If you have any issues I highly recommend seeing these guys.
