The worst possible service ever. Received a quote at the start of October and the gate arrived in December but it was too small. Then it took another 4 months to get a replacement and when that arrived it was damaged and still missing a part. John doesnt answer his phone at all so there is noway to get in touch with him. Definitely a no go if you are after a good product and customer service..

Garage Doors Central Otago - GDCO well are five stars in my book. From their helpful ladies in the office, right through to their technicians who install the doors. Incredibly professional and so so helpful. Highly recommend them. They went over and above to help and nothing was too difficult for them. They kept me posted each step of the way. Wouldn't go anywhere else but GDCO!

I cannot praise highly enough the expedited and quality service I received from Amy and her staff. They went above and beyond all my expectations in quickly remedying the improper installation of the motor drive and track replacement done18 months earlier on my twenty-year old door. I did not know the company had changed hands after my new motor and track installation in 2019, and they had no knowledge of the problems I had encountered having it done. I actually called them because the motor beeped and the manual said the motor needed servicing. Even though I said it wasnt urgent, they promptly sent one of their servicemen to look at it. He serviced the door, and showed me how to open it manually. He gave me a safety briefing and explained how this motor controlled the door, which was very much different than I was led to believe from the earlier installer in 2019. I was thankful he was so thorough as I was relying on a beam to see my dog should she cross under the door. It was not connected. It was only after the excellent servicing of the door did I actually ask the office about the 2019 work done, and I needed to get it fixed as well. When I explained the backstory and gave them the invoice number of the job, they went back to the previous owners records that they inherited. Immediately they acknowledged that the installation by their predecessor was poorly done, and stepped up to the task to make it right. I was so relieved to be working with such quality people. Their communications were always timely, clear, and direct. They were delightful and focused on their work, and their installation is perfect. It may seem odd, but every time I walk into my garage, my eyes focus on their work, and silently I thank the great people who did this for me. Highly recommend! Professionalism at its best.
