I have been dealing with Kirsten for the past 8 months. She has been so amazing and so helpful, efficient and ALWAYS gets back with answers promptly. She dealt with the cancellation of our flights due to COVID so efficiently and has constantly kept me up to date on credits and refunds. I can't speak more highly of her! Every travel agent needs a Kirsten!!!!

Kirsten was such a fabulous travel agent! Nothing was a bother, she was really prompt at addressing any questions. We travelled with three LITTLE children and her organisation skills made our trip go so much smoother. Very approachable, super helpful, super organised, by far the best travel agent we've dealt with and would highly recommend her :)

Kirsten helped our family out when we couldn't find air fares in our price range. Not only that, she provided great customer service in the lead up, and was available and on hand for the duration of our trip. It was so refreshing to have such great personal service and we will always go with Fuzion Travel in the future.
