Got a txt a few days ago to say an alignment is due for my ute, (I got a txt due to being an existing customer) I went into the store to book it in for the following day, they asked me if I wanted they tyres rotated and balanced etc etc and I said a rotation only, they told me that was going to be $85 in total, Well I went to drop my ute off for the alignment to be done the next day and said I would pay now as I work nights and someone else was picking up my ute, he tried to charge me $125, I said "you told me $85 yesterday" he told me it was because I hadn't brought the tyres from them.....Well I'm a Cromwell local and have brought 3 sets of tyres from them in the last 12 months, my car, my wife's car and my daughters car, along with wheel alignments. Tyreland you are a ripoff and have lost a customer as you will never touch any of our vehicles again!
