My partner used This company to try and arrange a surprise proposal for me. He made such an effort to ensure we get to Cromwell and organised every last detail only to be told 3 DAYS before the time that the helicopter was broken. Knowing full well it was broken when they accepted this booking (even the waitstaff at the restaurant commenting is that still broken when out at dinner). If they had any sort of care they would have advised my partner to have a backup! Completely unprofessional on their part

Hi Jolanda, As my partner Monique stated about the poor experience with your company. You have NOT done anything in Good Faith as you never indicated at the time of when I made the booking that your helicopter was broken or that you were awaiting on a part to arrive from France. I think people should be made aware of this and why you are receiving a 1 star from me. You told me everything was ready to go and Im booked for Saturday. If you told me then and there the helicopter was broken and awaiting a part I would have been able to book with another company, But instead you told me nothing and then 3 days out from the booking you call me and cancel because you have not received a part for your helicopter! ( Again I was not made aware the helicopter was broken until this point which is NOT GOOD FAITH ) This is very frustrating as you took my booking knowing full well you couldnt fly if the part didnt arrive and this prevented me from booking with anyone else with such short notice. When you say you offered me a number of alternatives you did NOT and only replied with 1 other company which didnt have a pilot available, Again should I have had more notice, this could have been avoided. In regards to your response on Moniques review, had you approached it apologetically and acknowledged the situation could have been handled better Im sure she would have removed her review as per your request. However you failed to do so, and we feel its important for others to see the way you chose to deal with the negative feedback. You are correct, It is a Covid affected economy, and if you expected the reviews to reflect that, your actions should too, you could have guessed it would be late.
