        My husband bought me a personalised gift in Pandora. Unfortunately that is not my style so we decided to change the whole thing in the shop. Is it so hard to decide what I want, but the staff still serve me patiently and professionally. It took almost an hour for me to decide and the staff keep changing the style of the bracelet for me in the mean time. Appreciate your effort and highly recommended to everyone!

        The fact that Pandora cancels your order if not picked up in 5 days is really disappointing. I ordered and paid for a bracelet & charm online in the Black Friday sales as a Christmas present for my daughter. I couldnt get into town that without her with me that week so I went to collect it the following Monday and found out they have a policy to cancel PAID orders if not collected with in 5 days. Refund takes 5 days to process back onto credit card and youre then expected to re purchase at the full price. Pretty disappointing experience.
