        Sarah and her team of instructors (Laura, lily, Janet and Kelly) are incredibly talented at both aerial silks and teaching. I always feel safe under their supervision. I have been doing it for a few months and feel like its the perfect mix of strength training, flexibility and technique. The equipment is excellent. Parking is easy once you locate it (behind zest in the CrossFit black building). Aerials silks is definitely a physical and mental challenge unlike any other sport. I highly recommend it if you find gyms boring. Its so much fun!

        I highly recommend Gravity! Sarah has created an awesome studio with a great, supportive community. Her beginner course is a fantastic way to start and will guarantee to have you wanting to continue. I am really happy to have found such a great studio here is Queenstown.
