I cannot recommend Free Rein Therapies high enough. Absolutely first class treatment. I was somewhat sceptical that the treatment would work but having been in total agony with a bad back which kept going into spasm one day to being able to play golf four days later was nothing short of a miracle. Getting a Bowen treatment is an amazing experience. Its so different to your traditional massage and is so relaxing. I even fell asleep!! Highly recommend Amy to anyone who is in need of some TLC!!

I have advanced osteoporosis and am constantly looking for ways to manage it, and to maintain flexibility. I was lucky enough to made aware of Amy and her FLOWpresso suit. The treatment is very soothing and relaxing and the night after my treatment I had the best sleep I have had in years. The next morning I went for a long walk with almost no back pain whatsoever....that is a very successful outcome in terms of my ability. I am still feeling great 4 weeks later, I have much greater flexibility in my yoga practises...in fact, in everything I do, and I can't wait to enjoy another treatment again sometime soon. This therapy is amazingly relaxing - the consistent rhythm of pressure on and pressure off has such a good calming effect on the whole mind body system.
