        I had to contact Appliance Doctor twice (once by detailed email and the next day by follow up chaser text) before I got any response. The response I got was one line, "I think you need agent for Samsung." No personal address, no advice where or who local agent might be and no further response when I queried if the fact machine is out of warranty made a difference? I have had better service from Quintin from Appliance Doctor in the past, but this time I was disappointed with this response and the delay in getting it and found another local agent to come and inspect the machine.

        Charged our flat $85.00 for less than 10mins of work - looking at our washing machine and saying that its not worth fixing. Tried to come to a payment agreement that suited both parties respectfully given the short timeframe, to no result. Will not be using again in the future.
