        As a regular customers when I have any problems or issues I normally see Joel the manager at Noel Leeming Queenstown. Joel always very helpful, always try his best to solve any problems we had and always goes out of his way to help me and my family. He is really the biggest asset Noel Leeming Queenstown had. Many thanks Joel for all you had done to assist us. He should be made employee of the week, the month and the year .

        Had 6 staff 3 busy with customers 2 just using their mobile phones 1 just leaning against the counter. Took 5 minutes to get served. I know what I wanted but had to get the red tag removed to get it off the shelf. Very poor customer service the staff should pay attention more instead of using their mobile phones.
