        Kate at Bay Audiology, Queenstown rocks! My friend and I went in for the free test they offer, which was fantastically comprehensive. Kate had a lot of knowledge to share, was clearly very experienced and was really fun. Definitely worth going here to get yourself checked.

        Such amazingly nice staff! Joanne helped me pull out a huge chunk of foam from some earbuds that fell apart and was trapped in my inner ear. No wonder my ear felt funny :)

        They were helpful while dealing with the situation and accommodating, even though they could not supply our hearing aid choice. The clinic location is excellent, and the staff was nice.
