We were just staying around the corner. We were visiting out of town. And I wanted to create a bracelet. Of pearls and pink stone. The young girl there was very helpful. And she helped me out by finishing it off. I wish the bead shop all the best.

An awesome local gem thats been around for some 20 years apparently. I had a great time making my own paua and pearl earrings. They may get a little busy during school holidays, but the lovely lady who works there will definitely look after you. They have a massive selection of material - walls and walls of beads and charms, including beautiful pink mussel shells and fresh water pearls in different shapes and hues. The prices were very affordable too, depending on the materials you use a bracelet can cost you a few dollars only. Highly recommend this place as a stop to create cute memories and get unique souvenirs.
