Zay was not only skilled and professional but also made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The balayage she created was stunning, and I've received so many compliments on it. She also styled my hair in a way that perfectly suited my face shape. I left feeling like a brand new person! Can't say enough positive things about Iron and Ivy. True talent. Lauren is a master with colour. My hair is very dark brown and down to my waist. I started lightening it with her, slowly at first as I was nervous about bleach damage. It's now a beautiful bright "bronde" and I couldn't be happier! I honestly did not think she'd be able to get it that light without serious damage or breakage, and my hair is still in fabulous condition. Listen to what she tells you to prepare your hair to take on bleach, and use salon products... makes a big difference. Thanks Iron and Ivy! Loving the new look.
