Queenstown Beds

Clarke is a great person to deal with. His advise relating to selection of beds was knowledgeable and honest. He was also accomodating about delivery of the beds as our house go delayed. Overall we had a fantastic experience dealing with Queenstown beds and will straight be back when we are looking for our next bed!

After having an issue with our first mattress we brought from Clark, he was very quick to rectify and we had a different mattress within hours. Highly recommend great customer service and have ended up with a great bed. Thanks very much Clark, service like that is hard to come by these days.

Just brought a mattress from Clark, awesome guy and wonderful service did us a amazing deal and free delivery too!! Can't wait for it to arrive in the next week or so. If you want to support local and your in the market for a bed definitely go see him at Queenstown Beds.

We purchased 2 beds from Queenstown Beds one a Queen size and the other a Super King. The whole experience was outstanding. We were so impressed with Clarkes knowledge and practical advice around how to choose the right bed. Clarke was very direct and engaging, explaining certain things that need to be considered that none of the big retailers will tell you. Following our order, we took delivery of our new beds a few weeks later, on the exact date we were promised. Unfortunately though, we made an error in measuring the size of our stairwell and it turned out there was no way we could get the Super King up to the master bedroom which wasimmensely disappointing. This was over the Christmas holidays, so I left it until early in the New Year to call Clarke to explain the issue and ask if they would be willing to replace the Super King for a Queen which would definitely fit in the stairwell. I wasn't really anticipating any meaningful help here, as the fault lay with me, not Queenstown Beds. However Clarke was exceptionally understanding and agreed to replace the bed at no charge. I offered to pay any incurred costs, such as the delivery, and the costs of both beds had since risen significantly as well, but he was adamant in refusing to take any more money from me. I felt an incredible sense of relief and I knew at that moment I had made the right choice in buying from this company. The second delivery arrived on time as expected, and we are now enjoying sleeping in our new beds in our new home. I have no hesitation in recommending Queenstown Beds to anyone. They put the customer first, which is more than I can say for the majority of retailers in this country it seems these days, where you really are treated as just a number. In fact I would strongly advise anyone to go straight to Queenstown Beds and forget the others. Thank you very much Clarke and best wishes for your continued business success.
